Open up the T-Mobile sim pack, the mobile number and SIM Serial Number Number are printed on the back of the SIM pack and on the letter inside the SIM pack.
Also on the letter inside the sim pack is the top up swipe card.
Both the SIM card and Top-Up Swipe card are already activated.
Now insert the SIM into the phone ( see enclosed welcome letter for instructions) or refer to the relevant handset above
How to Top Up A T-Mobile Mobile Phone
There are three methods by which to top up a T-Mobile PAYG Sim
1. Top Up Using a credit or debit card by calling T-Mobile (dial 146 free from the Phone) and follow the instructions or by Visiting :

2. The customer can use the T-Mobile swipe card contained within the SIM pack ( or Pick One upfrom a local supermarket / newsagent or mobile shop). The Swipe card is already registered to the SIM card, if you have any problems just call 150 free from the phone or 08454125000 from another phone. Or they can then visit one of 10000's of locations across the country (such as supermarkets, petrol stations, newsagents etc) and pay by cash or card.
3. They can also top up at numerous cash machines across the country and their Mobile Phone will be topped up immediately.
