Activating The Orange SIM Card
Open up the orange sim pack, within the back page you will find your SIM card and a Top Up and Go Swipe Card.
Activate the Orange Sim Card (page 6 in the Orange Guide).
You have two Choices you can Either call 0800 079 0006 from any phone or visit http://www1.orange.co.uk/payasyougoreg/index.html
When they call or go online they will require the following information
1. The IMEI Number, this is printed on the barcode label on the bottom phone Box or on the phone itself behind the battery cover.
2. The SIM card Number, this is on the sim card itself.
3. A Chosen 4 digit ID code, this can be any 4 digit number of their choice (required if/when they call customer services in the future).
4. A Debit or Credit card, if they want to top up straight away whilst you are on the phone
If you activate online you need to click on "Click here to get started, I haven't got a mobile number"
How to Top Up an Orange Mobile Phone
There are three methods by which you can top up the Orange PAYG Sim
1. Top Up Using a credit or debit card by calling Orange (dial 450 from the Phone). or Visiting Orange.co.uk and selecting "My Account".
2. You can use the orange swipe card contained within the SIM pack ( or Pick One up from a local supermarket / newsagent or mobile shop). You then need to register the top up swipe card with orange by calling 450 from the phone or calling 0800 079 0006 from another phone. Once this is done you can visit one of 10000's of locations across the country (such as supermarkets, petrol stations, newsagents etc) and pay by cash or card
3. You can also top up at numerous cash machines across the country and you Mobile Phone will be topped up immediately
