The Vodafone SIM Card


Open up the Vodafone sim pack, to find out your mobile number you need to call *#100# and it will be displayed on the phone. The SIM Serial Number Number is printed on the back of the SIM card itself.

You can now insert the SIM into the phone ( see enclosed welcome letter for instructions)

How to Top Up A Vodafone Mobile Phone

There are three methods by which you can top up your Vodafone PAYG Sim

First of all Call *#100# to obtain your number.

Then you need to call 17298 to register the SIM card

There are four methods by which you can top up your Vodafone PAYG Sim

1. Top Up Using a credit or debit card by calling Vodafone (dial 17298 free from the Phone) and follow the instructions (you will need to register the credit/debit card by providing your Name, Date of birth and post code) or call 08700 77 66 55 from another phone or by Visiting http://www.vodafone.co.uk and selecting “register” on the far right.

2. You can get a Vodafone top up swipe card from supermarkets, newsagents and mobile phone shops. The Swipe card will then need to be registered to the SIM card (by calling the number on the swipe card), if you have any problems just call 191 from the phone or 08700776655 from another phone. You can then visit one of 10000's of locations across the country (such as supermarkets, petrol stations, newsagents etc) and pay by cash or card

3. You can buy a top up voucher from one of over 85000 locations including supermarkets and newsagents. The Voucher will have a 12 digit number on, you then call 2345 and enter the voucher number and the phone will be topped up.

4. You can also top up at numerous cash machines across the country and you Mobile Phone will be topped up immediately
